Job Description

We are looking for an IC Test Development Engineer to join our ICs Team in Modena, currently focused on the development of our IC roadmap. You will work in dynamic, proactive and young team within IC Department. It is required the ability to work in a multidisciplinary, young team with other Hardware and Software Engineers.
In your new role you will be involved in these tasks:
 
    • Defining, Developing and maintaining production test software and hardware
    • Analyzing, debugging and characterizing production yield
    • Developing scripts for automated measurements and post-processing of measurement results
    • Ensuring test data documentation is accurate and consistent
    • Optimizing test program code and test methods to improve quality and efficiency
    • Supporting and working closely together with production sites in Asia
    • Keeping a close cooperation with the IC design team and international partners

Qualifications and Background
 
  • Technical Skills

Requirements:
 
    • Basic programming/scripting skills (e.g. Python, C++)
    • Some experience with PCBs and electronic lab equipment
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good level of English in reading and speaking
    • Willing to travel, if needed, to different countries around the world


Nice to have:
 
    • Some professional experience in IC test development engineering within the semiconductor industry
    • Some training/experience with mixed signal IC testing on automated test equipment (e.g. Teradyne Flex/Ultraflex)
    • Experience or skills in data analysis, statistical methods and tools
    • Some experience with test planning and reporting

    • PhD or MS Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
